About Morningstar Ranch

Morningstar Ranch is a highly desired community in Winchester, California because of its central location and popular parks like Abelia Sports Park. Construction at the Morningstar Ranch began in 2003 by Brookfield Homes, and many houses were still being added as of 2015.

There are several divisions with a variety of plans in this neighborhood, depending on when they were built. The Horizon at Morningstar is a collection of homes that range from: 2,900 to 3,360 square feet; with four to five bedrooms; two and a half to four and a half bathrooms; and three to four car garages. They also have options like bonus rooms and offices. The Sunrise at Morningstar offers homes with: 2,560 to 3,122 square feet; four to six bedrooms; and two to four bathrooms. Horizon and Sunrise are said to have moderate Home Owners Association fees and a low base tax rate.

The Liberty at Morningstar has homes with up to six bedrooms and many come with second floor master suite retreat. They also have up to 5.5 bathrooms and two to four car garages. There is a small tract of houses that were built in 2004 on Jubilee Way with no HOA’s and a low base tax rate.

Residents love the friendly atmosphere of the Morningstar Ranch and there are miles of walking trails throughout the neighborhood. There are also three parks that are easily accessed on foot. Students here attend facilities like Susan La Vorgna Elementary School, Bella Vista Middle School, and Chaparral High School. Outside the Temecula School District’s public education system are more options to choose from including Temecula Preparatory and Temecula Charter.

Outside the neighborhood, you’ll find so much to do whether you enjoy fishing or shopping in eclectic shops. Morningstar Ranch is close to Lake Skinner which also has boating and hiking. And Old Town Temecula, part of Wine Country, is nearby with many top-rated restaurants and interesting boutiques.
